These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation prospective customers, vendors, contractors, and contributors of content.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
Section 5 — Services and Products
Better For Butchery operates a USDA-inspected processing facility in Princeton, Kentucky. Services available through this Site may include scheduling a facility tour, requesting a quote, building a cut sheet for processing, and account-related functions to track your tour or order.
Cut-sheet pricing is published on a per-pound basis across multiple tiers. Pricing tiers and the specifications associated with each tier may be revised over time. Prices displayed on the Site do not include applicable taxes, slaughter or kill fees, extended cold storage, or shipping charges, which (where applicable) will be quoted separately.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the scope of services we provide to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantity or scope of any service. All descriptions of services or pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any service at any time.
We do not warrant that the quality of any services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Services will be corrected. Products that pass through our facility may contain or come into contact with common allergens including but not limited to wheat, soy, dairy, eggs, nuts, and shellfish. It is your responsibility to handle, store, and cook all products safely. We are not liable for any illness, allergic reaction, or injury resulting from the storage, preparation, or consumption of products processed at our facility.
Section 6 — Accuracy of Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any tour request, quote request, or order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities or scope per person, per household, or per request. These restrictions may include requests placed by or under the same customer account or the same contact information.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact and account information for all interactions with the Site. You agree to promptly update your account information so that we can contact you and complete your requests as needed.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Better for Butchery, Inc., and its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right. This indemnity extends to claims related to your misuse of the Services or violation of any applicable regulation.
